Club program

Sportmaster Club Program is a Discount and Bonus program for the regular clients of Sportmaster retail chain. The clients taking part in this program are entitled to regular discounts for purchasing any product that has discount up to 30% off (inclusive) at the moment of purchasing.
Sportmaster congratulates its clients each year and provides up to 200 bonuses for the birthday. Clients also can receive bonuses for taking part in promotional offers, which are carried out in the Sportmaster retail chain.

CLUB CARDS

Any individual aged 18 and registered in the Club Program may participate in the Club Program. The Club Card is used to identify the client as a Club Program Participant and for authorization when carrying out purchases. If Club cards are not available anymore, Customer can join Sportmaster Club Program via filling in application form or via registration in WeChat.
The Club Card cannot be used for payment.
The Club Card is issued only if the client fills in an application of the Club Program's participant in a retail chain store, in a promotion event, or a registration form in mobile application WeChat.

Types of Club Card and Privileges
The participants of the Club Program are divided by the participation levels depending on the accumulated sum of their purchases (sum of all purchases made by the Club Program Participant presenting the Club Card or through authorization under the mobile phone number – SMS-authorization). Each type of the Club Card conforms to a level of participation:

*If the Growth Points of the client's purchases is less than 100, the client may participate in the Club Program of the Standard Level and he/she is provided with a Blue Club Card if he/she wishes that. But the regular discount for the purchases shall not be provided.
**When customers pay for the goods, the Club Program Participants are offered a regular discount, different level of participation in the Club Program can get different discount.

Regular discounts are not valid for:
Purchasing any product that has discount more than 30% off at the moment of purchasing;
Purchasing products nominated as “Hot Sale Product” and “Weekly Offer Product”.
When the accumulated sum of purchases reaches a definite threshold (see Table 1) the client is automatically transferred to the next participation level in the Club Program. The store cashier shall notify the client during the regular purchase concerning the possibility to replace the current Club Card to the card of the next participation level in the Club Program and shall replace it. The regular discount to the and granting privileges to the participant of the Club Program will occur in accordance with the terms and conditions of the new level of participation in the Club Program irrespective whether the client received the new Club Card or no.
If there are any problems with the Club Card (e.g., its barcode is not readable or it was lost), any store employee of Sportmaster retail chain will assist to restore such card.



Client's authorization using mobile phone (SMS-authorization)
The Client may even not carry his/her Club Card to get all the privileges of the Club Program Participant in retail chain stores with the SMS-authorization. Therefore he/she shall state the mobile phone number during the registration with the Club Program (when filling in an application in the store or a form in WeChat mobile application).
If the client does not have the Club Card with him/her, it is necessary to tell the cashier the mobile phone number recorded in the application or WeChat form when filling it in and tell the code to the cashier, which will be provided in SMS received on the phone. The client will be authorized as a participant of the Club Program and he/she will receive full-scale services, i.e. he/she will be provided with a regular discount, the bonuses will be awarded for the current purchase (if the bonus promotional campaign is carried on) and a certain amount of bonuses will be written off in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Club Program (if there are bonuses on the bonus account of the client).
Note: The full-scale services using SMS-authorization if the card is missing (see above) is possible only if the application has been already processed and all the client's data are entered into the database of the Club Program. The maximal term for recording of the data shall amount to 1 month after filling in the application.

BONUSES

The bonuses are awarded to the bonus account during the special promotions in accordance with the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign held. The terms for bonus awarding shall be defined by the terms and conditions of the promotion for which they are awarded.
All the bonuses have their validity period. The validity period of the bonuses shall be defined by the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign held.
The bonuses are regularly awarded to the participants of the Club Program in the following cases (Table 2):

Bonuses will be awarded to the bonus account “On the client's birthday”. If customer registers by application form offline, the maximal term for recording of the data shall amount to 1 month after filling in the application.



PAYMENT USING BONUSES
The bonuses awarded cannot be exchanged for money.
All members of Sportmaster Club Program (Standard, Silver, Gold and Platinum level) can use Club Program bonuses for purchasing any product that has discount up to 30% off (inclusive) at the moment of purchasing. A purchase may be partially paid off by using bonuses at the rate 1 Bonus = 1 RMB. The bonus discount may not exceed 20% of the cost of goods subject to payment.
Club Program bonuses are not valid for:
Purchasing any product that has discount more than 30% off at the moment of purchasing;
Purchasing products nominated as “Hot Sale Product” and “Weekly Offer Product”.
When paying using bonuses the bonuses having the least remaining validity term are written off first from the bonus account.
The value of purchase paid from the own funds of the client is added to the accumulated purchase sum. Be noted that bonus has timeliness, the use of the bonus must be within the period of validity.



GOODS RETURN
If the goods purchased by the client and partially paid off with bonuses are returned, the money paid the Client will be returned to him/her. The spent bonuses shall be restored at the client's bonus account. The bonuses are not restored in some cases depending on the promotional campaign carried on.
The goods return transaction will be taken into account when calculating the accumulated purchase sum. If as a result of return or exchange of the goods the accumulated purchase sum conforms to the previous participation level in the Club Program, the Club Card will not be exchanged for the previous level card. However, the rate conforming to the previous Participation Level in the Club Program shall be applied when granting the Regular discount.

Information and Service
Upon the purchase the Club Program Participant will receive the following information as an attachment to the cash register receipt:
-the amount of the bonuses written off for the cart payment;
-the remaining bonuses.
If the bonuses are not written off or if the remaining amount for all bonuses is equal to zero, the information on the Club Program is not reflected in the attachment to the cash register receipt

PERSONAL DATA AND PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION

Within the consent period as stated in the application of the Club Program, Sportmaster and/ or its affiliated companies, service providers or cooperators may collect and use club participants’ personal Data as filled in the form and send commercial information (including but not limited to, announcements of new products, advertising, promotional campaigns and events) regularly to the club participants by means of short message, Email, WeChat and etc.
If the club participants do not want Sportmaster to use the personal data, the club participants shall go to the Sportmaster retail chain stores to withdraw from the club.

CHANGE ON THE RULE

Sportmaster may change the rule unilaterally; however a 15-days prior change notice should be announced on Sportmaster website to show to the Club members (www.sportmaster.cn). If the club participants disagree such change, the club participants shall stop using the club card and go to the Sportmaster retail chain stores to withdraw from the club.
Sportmaster may stop the club program unilaterally. In that case, a 60-days prior notice should be announced on Sportmaster website to show to the Club members (www.sportmaster.cn).
Above rules will be valid from September 1, 2017.
